Beautiful
Hypoallergenic Curly Ranch Horses
Early
in American history, a few rare horse appeared, with a curly winter
coat. Captured, owned & bred by Native Americans, and then ranchers,
these unusual hypoallergenic horses were discovered to be consistently
hardy, sturdy, intelligent & kind. Throughout the latter 1900's
Curly Horses grew in numbers and were crossbred with everything
from draft horses, ponies, morgans, arabians, gaited horses and
sport horses. Today, Curly Horses still exist in wild horse bands
throughout the Great Basin. Among the domesticated, retaining the
core Curly Horse traits of exceptional health & temperament,
there is a fancy hypoallergenic horse to be found for any rider
(allergic to other breeds of horses) in any equine discipline. At
Crow Country Curly Horses, we raise the original ranch & stockhorse
type Curly with Native American lineage. |

"Trooper" [AQHA Crow Fair Hancock] 5 years old. 16.1 hh ---
1415 lbs
Troooper is not necessarily fancy, but in action
you won't find a harder trying, more athletic & intelligent, more
giving horse.
He loves his people. He is soft, athletic as a cat, correct, and has tremendous
bone & foot.
Trooper sired our 2011 dun roan curly filly out of Minne Xpresso, and
is now a gelding.
And here is our last non-curly mare:

"Maddy" Blue Maddy Hancock, 2005 APHA blue roan tobiano mare.
Maddy came from the Jim West Ranches, Nevada (buckaroo country).
